MYRNA VERONICA
@myveronique
The first kick off was Pencak Silat - martial arts training from a young age, and finally Myrna found yoga which inspired her to be better and more focus on her body. Initially practicing several methods of yoga, Myrna began to explore the spiritual side and other aspects of yoga.
She met her first Iyengar Yoga in 2016. She is very inspired & practices continuously from several senior Iyengar teachers in Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. The alignment and mind-body connection in Iyengar yoga made her fall in love. In the 200 hours Iyengar Fundamental Class in Jakarta, she felt her body changing, and was amazed to see the transformation.
After about 20 years living in Jakarta, Myrna is now based in Bandung.She is teaching while studying under Senior Iyengar Teachers Nanda Kumar (Kualalumpur) & Kathy Cook (Bali) for further Iyengar journey. She is dedicated to sharing the knowledge by teaching for her students after what she is gained. So teaching and sharing are the best moments for her yoga journey. With her experience, Myrna is committed to helping her students to get positive changes in their lives.
